Proxima is designed with privacy in mind. We believe you should have full transparency about how your data is handled, which is why we keep it simple: we do not collect personal data from our users.

Personal Data: Proxima does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or account credentials.
Device Information: The App does not access or collect information about your device model, operating system version, or unique identifiers (such as IDFA or IDFV).
Usage Data: We do not track your interactions with the App, such as features you use, screens you visit, or how long you spend in the App.
Crash Reports: Proxima does not send automatic crash reports or analytics data to our servers.
API Connections: When you use Proxima to manage your Proxmox server, the App communicates directly with your server via your provided credentials. This data is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers.
How We Use Information
Since Proxima does not collect personal data, we have no information to use, process, or analyze.
Any server credentials or authentication tokens you enter into the App are used solely for direct communication between your device and your Proxmox server. These credentials are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to, stored on, or processed by Proxima's servers.
Sharing & Third Parties
Proxima does not integrate with third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or other third-party providers.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your information with any third parties. Your data remains completely under your control.
Optional: If you integrate third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, Sentry, etc.) in a future version, you may update this section with disclosure details.
Data Retention
Proxima does not retain user data on its servers. Any information you enter (such as server credentials) is stored exclusively on your device.
When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data associated with Proxima is automatically deleted from your device (depending on your device settings and iOS behavior).
Security
We take the security of your device and information seriously. Proxima communicates with your Proxmox server over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Proxmox server credentials and access tokens.
Children's Privacy
Proxima is not directed to users under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with information, we will promptly delete such information.
Your Rights & Choices
Access & Deletion: Since Proxima does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no user data for us to access, export, or delete. Any data stored on your device remains your responsibility.
App Permissions: iOS will request permission for any device features the App accesses (e.g., network access). You can modify these permissions in your device settings at any time.
Marketing Communications: Proxima does not send marketing emails or push notifications, so there are no communication preferences to manage.
International Users
Proxima is available worldwide. Regardless of where you are located, your privacy rights remain the same. Since we do not collect or process personal data, regulations such as GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), and similar laws do not impose specific obligations on us. However, you always have the right to delete the App and all associated data from your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your privacy. Your continued use of Proxima constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this Privacy Policy.
